ARS only occurs with very high whole-body doses of radiation above 1.5 Gy delivered in a very short time frame. Consultation with REAC/TS is recommended if you are dealing with suspected ARS.

Acute Radiation Syndrome

CRI only occurs with very high doses of localized radiation above 2 Gy delivered in a very short time frame. Treatment of CRI is highly individualized. Consultation with REAC/TS physicians is recommended when dealing with suspected CRI.
